Wasn't sure it would be worth it but already proven value. I don't think we will need to use the service often but good to know we have this resource to get a problem resolved quickly and correctly.

I brought in a computer that I thought could not be saved:( The Geek Squad was able to remove all problems and I now have my computer back. I also like the fact that if I have future problems that they can remote access my computer to solve any problems. This is a great feature since the nearest Best Buy is 250 miles from me. Thanks Geek Squad!

It is great concept but I did find that I felt rushed when speaking to a Geek Squad member for help. I wasn't able to get all my questions out and my problem was not really solved to my satisfaction.

I haven't had to use this program yet, other than the installation of web root when I purchased this computer. Any questions I had were answered knowledgeably and very friendly by the techs. I will get back to you later if I have any problems, but this is a great service to have...gives me peace of mind, since I'm still learning. Thank you!

I love the Geek Squad. We bought a computer with Windows 8 and both my husband and I were having problems figuring out how to make it work. We've been in to see the Geek Squad a couple of times and they have either showed us what we needed or fixed the problems we were having. Purchasing the Tech Support was one of the best investments we've made.

If you want to feel covered and not worry about your computer this is a great option. Peace of mind is worth the cost, especially if you are not hands on or do not want to deal with technical issues.

In the purchase of two new computers with Windows 8.1, had to make several visits to the store where purchases were made for assistance in working with this new (to me) O.S.. One of the two computers had to be replaced with a new one-this was accomplished quickly, on the spot. GeekSquad has been extremely competent and helpful to work with.

We know that anything goes wrong with our three computers, we don't worry,, We know we can take the computers in the store to Geek Squad and they will take away the headake, they will fix computers.

Recently renewed service contract with Geek Squad. One price allowed for 2 laptops + pc all in need of upgrade. All three were serviced and returned within the promised time frame and all three are in good working order now that service was administered. Staff who handled this service were professional; couldn't have been nicer to work with.

My son had a Microsoft Surface Pro and had many issues with it playing an online game. The customer service rep that helped us as well as the Apple expert salesman did a wonderful job. The salesman spent quite awhile with our son, explaining the Mac and all kinds of tricks and tips. Thank u! We have had ZERO issues with this awesome computer!

I appreciate how they check your items and t e 'll you what is wrong before they fix it and give you the option of having it fixed or not fixed.

Positive overall. Just would have liked to visit with the "geek" that repaired my computer. Man at desk very fiendly and answered some of my questions right away even though he specialized in Macs.

I felt that i just bought an awesome service...i go to the service counter and right away they wanted to sit me down. do you have an appointment..no...if we can have you take a seat...Why..i just had a question. NOT Happy at at.

I am not computer savvy. Geek squad was very helpful in setting things up, installing things and transferring items from my old computer. I have a thousand questions and will still need to call or visit the store to get assistance. I only wish Windows 8 made more sense and had instructions. I am very glad I paid for the geek squad help.

I just got the tech support and have used it three times already. They will tell you what is wrong with the device and leave it up to you to see if you want to fix it. Based on their diagnostics I was able to buy the needed parts and fix the laptop myself through youtube tutorials. Its better then trying to guess what is wrong on your own.

I am glad to have someone available to help work with me on any issues that may come up. Also, the class offered by Best Buy Geek Squad is a great help. Matt worked with me today on general handling of my iPad and also told me to call him with any questions or concerns. Made me feel like he really cares that I get the most use from my iPad.

When I took my computer into the store the tech was very informative and knew exactly what I was talking about. He took down my information and when I returned to pick it up went over all the problems and made sure the job was complete. I would recommend going to the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Redwood City. They are the most knowledgeable.

Always awesome! I know just enough to get my self in trouble. They have a very good attitude when dealing with ignorance. They jump in and solve the problems and take the time to answer questions. When answering questions they do it in a way I can understand. I have already recommended them to friends. Best purchase of the year! Thanks

I was told when I brought my laptop in that it would take 3-5 days (at the most) and someone would contact me After 8 days, I began calling. The woman I spoke to said someone would gat back to me. On day 10, being quite upset, I called and ask to speak to a manager. The gentleman I spoke to asked me what the problem was. When I explained it to him, he promised me it would be taken care and promised he would call me. He did call me at the end of the day to tell me that my computer was completed, explained to me what the problem was and that I could pick it up.

Loved the work that was provided. Very thorough explanation of what was being offered and provided both now and in the future. The hardest decision was how long did I want to purchase support for. I'm happy with how quickly the service was complete and the amount of support I received. Happy to know I have them available to assist me.
