Because I am not very computer literate, I depend on the Tech Support to help me get through some of the issues that I have. The Geek Squad has always provided me with good service.

We installed Windows 8 on our new all-in-one computer. We also had a data conversion done. The techs were able to assist me in locating information on the new system that was difficult to find due to the conversion. Very helpful and great results. Thanks!

Purchased the one year service plan when my son's laptop was having issues. Haven't had to use the service as yet, but it is nice to know it is there in case any further issues arise.

All in all I was really happy I spent the money for the service, and for the in-home set up service .I was really impressed with the agent, he did everything I wanted and then some. I am technically challenged and was worried about learning how to use my new computer and Windows 8 but he patiently explained everything .

Danny took his time explaining everything to us about the system we were purchasing and how the files and programs from our old system will be transferred over. Everything was completed within less than 48 hrs.

Called the Geek Squad and told them the problems that I was having. It was suggested that I bring the pc in and have it scaned, This took about three days for them to complete the diagnostics, they called me and told me what the problem was and what it would be to fix, a day later it was back in my home and working fine.

When I bought my new computer, I thought it was great that the protection would not only follow the new computer but as my existing one. I couldn't wait to get my existing laptop fixed, I was getting a blue screen and was able to have geek squad repair the laptop for $50 and that was only because I needed a new harddrive.

Vendor should supply some assistance to purchaser with the transfer from prior Windows versions to the completely new version 8. Problems are still occurring after a month of use.

I have needed "the boys" twice so far since I bought my laptop. They have been so professional and have worked on the problem diligently until it was resolved both times. I am beyond happy with all 9 of them. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that they are there to help with even the smallest of problems. Thank You.

we took our computer to the geek squad. They were very knowledgable & got things done in a timely manner. They were great at explaining thing to myself & my husband regarding why we had the problem & how to avoid it in the future. We really felt comfortable taking our computer there & have recommended it to many people

I could now take my computer to get it fixed if it has a technical problem and I am able to take other computers that were not purchased there using the same tech support membership.

I am a "newbie" technologically. Whenever & whatever I call the Geek Squab for, they are very knowledgeable, patient and not only fix my problem, but spent all the time I want to answer any and all my questions. I should note that in your email you indicate that I have a 1 year contract. In fact I have a 2 year contract.

Just purchased windows 8 and really needed some help on a few things. Although the Tech was very knowledgeable, I felt he rushed me through and wanted to move on to the next customer.

Malware had rode in on our notebook somehow. It stopped our Windows Vista OS from letting us on the Internet and prevented us from updating our anti-virus program. It also wouldn't allow completion of upgrade to Windows 7. The Geek Squad was able to accomplish the upgrade and install new anti-virus / malware protection.

I have used this once on each of my two older computers. I couldn't have asked for better service. The computers are running as fast as they did when I bought them new. The Geek Squad was very helpful, courteous, & kept me informed. I can't say enough nice things about them & the service I received. Thank you Geek Squad.

We are an average family of five with several computers, but we are not technology experts. The Geek squad gives us all the support we need to address any problems 24/7 and keeps our computers at max performance. We never buy the extra insurance on most products, but this is different and a must have for our family.

its great to have coverage with the geek squard and not have to worry if something goes wrong with the laptop. i purchased 2 yrs protection but you show i am only cover for one yr.

This is one of the best services I have purchased in recent years. They all speak excellent English and explain in detail everything that they are going to do over the phone to your computer. I bought the program when I bought a new computer and I am able to use the service on any three computers that I might own..

I bought this as a package deal with my Windows 8 computer which I never used because I hate the operating system. I feel like I paid money that was a waist. It only covers breaks during the initial time frame but isn't offered as a renewal, which is the only reason I purchased this in the first place. I was more likely to break my computer than to get a virus since I don't really surf the internet on it.

I love taking my product(s) to them, and they do love their job. They are pros and enjoy the challenge of fixing up any problem I have had to date. The kind intake and nice emails letting me know how far along my product has moved along each day is very nice to see in my emails. I trust them with any machine and job.
