    On two occasions recently, I have tried to resolve an issue with geek squad relative to apple products and ended up needing to contact apple directly to resolve the issues. Bummer.

    I need to bought this because my laptop's HD failed. I lived in Venezuela, and I need to paid these service in order to get my device ready in just one week. But I don't think I will used it again know that I am back in home. I think is a little bit expensive because you need to acquire a minimun of one year service, I think you need to evaluat express repairs or assistant for your foreign visitors for a lower price.

    Dont like windows 8 and seems to be a bit slow

    It has trouble getting 2 programs to stay up instead of taking the others place. Have to constantly go into explorer and bring up yahoo if I want it and aol on the icons at once.

    I'm very tech illiterate and was paying computer experts to solve problems w/ my computer (@$75 per hour). Geek squad did a better & quicker job at their set cost and wasn't trying to sell me something everytime I called. I plan on having their help for as long as I can use a computer.

    Website was terrific and kept me informed as to the status of my service. When I called the technicians were so helpful. They also had us boot up the pc to check right there in the store. This ensured that you didn't make the trip home, only to realize that the problem hadn't been corrected. Great service for the price.

    My first experience with Geek Squad. They explained exactly what the problem was, what it would take to fix it, what it would cost since I hadn't gotten Tech Support when I bought the laptop and how to make sure anything in the future would be covered. Very nice and patient people, it was a pleasure to deal with them.

    Every technician I have had work on my computer, via the store or the internet, has been patient and knowledgeable. If there was an issue they weren't sure about, they found out what they needed to know or asked for help. I was never made to feel dumb about anything technical either. They were very down to earth.

    I rated most items as good because I haven't had to use the product. I do plan to take my computer in for some minor issues; i.e. checking to make sure there are no viruses, etc.

    The program gives me peace of mind. For a whole year I know I have people to seek help from, no matter if I use the service or not. It is like the health insurance for my computers!

    Andrew at your Geek Squad installed a new virus protector and resolved the problems I was having with my laptop. He called me with progress reports and notified me with a phone call when it was finished. The result is I have a laptop that is working perfectly due to the expertise of your staff member. Thank you Andrew.

    I had no idea what was wrong with my computer but the employees made sure to tell me everything they suspected as well as gave me many options on how to fix it. Including options that I knew probably would not benefit the company. I felt like they were there for the customer instead of just to benefit themselves.

    I think that while the team members that took care of me were very friendly and eager to help, the services was not as thorough as it should have been. My computer had to be reset and I understood that my information would be lost. However, when I brought my computer home, my wireless internet no longer worked. It would have been helpful if they had told me about that before I got home. They might have been able to sell me on another product even! I guess I could have taken it back, but I just muddled through on my own.

    It has been my experience that Best Buy stands behind their warranties and follows through with good service. I haven't needed to access this warranty yet which is a good thing.

    the geek squad is a good investment. The folks are friendly and genuinely concerned about your issues that you have. They will suggest what to do and find a fix for your problem

    When I first got my tablet I looked for help in the online library, but there was none. Mostly, it is software related. However, I can get all the support I need from an agent.

    Checked with local computer services in town for cleaning up a malware problem. There price was $99 for 1 computer. BestBuy would do 3 for $200 and you also got a year of tech support. The other guys would fix the problem and you were on your own. Geek Squad fix problems on my 2 computers and all is great so far.

    It is a decent value for ease of mind, if I have any issues with my electronics, all I have to do is bring it in and it wont cost me anything additional to have it checked out.

    I like that I can bring in my computers for any problems. Other than a trip to the store it is very easy. However, I have received my computer back with other problems on it.

    The Geek Squad set up my new computer and old printer, loaded all my new software and saved me many headaches. The geek Squad technical help on the phone helped me with a problem I was having. I just sat here and watched them do the work! So cool!
