The Geek Squad took my computer and really cleaned out those unwanted viruses, and set it on a right track. Service was prompt, pricing was very fair and well worth the money.

They are available online, telephone, or in store to help. I have windows 8 and need help with some of the programs. When I first bought it, they explained how to use it, and I have been back with it since, about some things I need to learn. They have been patient and informative. I'm glad I have their support.

I somehow always seem to be having computer issues, despite the fact that I regularly do routine maintenance on my computer. Geek Squad is always helpful when it comes to my small computer glitches, to viruses, to completely shattering my computer screen. I recommend them to everyone!

We always buy our electronics from best buy and rely on the customer service of the associate. The technicians are equally reliable and helpful. This is essential for others who are not technically experienced and who are less adventurous about experimenting when glitches happen. I would recommend this service.

A great package to have in the back pocket. I would recommend it but at times get attitude issues with techs. Some are excellent, but some are not so helpful or knowledgeable.

Brought my 2 year old laptop in for issues. Purchased tech support and had initial diagnosis within 20 minutes. They called the next day telling me it was ready and then called again the following day as I hadn't yet picked it up. Appreciated the fix and the pro-active communication for pick-up. Well done!

The technicians were on time and had a very good knowledge on how to perform their job. They also made sure I knew how to operate my computer and receiver. They were not in a hurry to finished their job and made sure everything was accomplished to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

Having online access to the Geek Squad with their remote access to my computer has saved my sanity more than once. Usually the first person can help me but once when not they referred to someone else who troubleshot until the problem was solved.

So far I am very impressed with the knowledge base of the agents. They are friendly and willing to work any problem even when the store is busy. Of course, not all of the agents have the same amount of knowledge, skill or training but that is to be expected. Overall the service has been worth the expense.

Very good at getting to the root of the issue. I have used them twice and highly recommend them to everyone. Only thing that would make it better would be a check in system where you can get a number and look around the store and the announce your turn when it comes up instead of waiting in line for a tech.

had wonderful professional tech help when I needed help for some issues with my desktop from the Findlay store location. the two fellow that waited on me were very knowledgeable , polite, and helpful. am gratefull I purchased the geek squad just for the extra support in case I need it in the next two years

very satisfied but if best buy would have taken time to explain things to me then a lot of this wouldn't have been necessary. in a months time I have had to call the geeksquad about 5or6 times and im still missing things from the transfer but nobody at best buy has yet to call because of their lack of concern

My computer, which I rely on for a graphics job, was malfunctioning. I took it to Best Buy where I originally purchased it - the problem was diagnosed quickly, the technicians fixed it in a timely manner, and I picked it up without a long wait. Service was thorough, experienced, and courteous. Very satisfied.

I am in the middle if working with them have to call back in and see if they will be able to help.. I am sure it will get resolved. Very impressed with Professionalism..

Technicians installed programs in my new computer - Good to excellent service there. Only issue was that I had to wait 2 days for service instead of the one day promised.

I haven't actually installed this program yet, but I hear from friends that it's a good support system for when you're confused about what is going on with your computer.

Have not used Geek Squad with my Mac yet, however I purchased it again because I know they were very helpful when I had complications with my PC.. I purchased it for a year as a trial as I work on transferring everything over to my Mac..

I was promised delivery by 4 the next day. Waited til 7 to pick up. The work was performed as stated. Extra effort was shown after sales person was contacted about delay.

Agent was friendly, professional and knowledgable. He asked all the right questions to diagnose the problem and then fixed it.

Geek Squad is great I choose the three year in home service to offset the one year warranty it came with. I have great hope it will delivers when I have to use it!!!!! :D
