I have only used geek squad only once but believe me when i tell you that the service is great. The agent Allison was friendly and very thorough in doing her job. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. She fixed my problem quickly and the wait time was not to bad.

My experience with the Geek Squad continues to be 5 star. They have made reasonable suggestions to my requests and have followed through each time. Both experiences have been great working with these guys. "James" actually made me a desktop icon so I can have a quick connect to him or someone else! That means a lot. I'm very computer "stupid'. Thanks for all the help thus far. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before you get another chance! :O)

Very helpful and for the most part very timely. Had to contact 3 or 4 times before problems were completely resolved but techs were always very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service, "old school" customer service skills. Once they do it you will have to return it. Very thorough service. They help you to avoid negative situations before they happen. Cannot say enough about this group of people.

Got this as a package deal. Overall experience has been good although I have not used it much. Would probably be more worth it for a person with less tech knowledge.

Cleaned all my computers of viruses. They also fixed other issues I was having with my laptop. Took in black Friday week turnaround was a lot faster then expected.

Bought tv on Sunday. They delivered and set it up on Tuesday. Also hauled away heavy old tv. TV works great and the people who delivered it went out of their way to set it up. The first set was found to have cracks in the screen. Within one hour they were back with another new one that was ok.

Having no computer knowledge, it was a life-saver to turn my laptop over to the Geek Squad and have it cleaned up and repaired in record time, I felt totally confident that all the bugs and errors were gone and I had a "new" computer. I sure won't wait so long to call next time. Thanks so much!

In the past I never believed in purchasing this but after having a nasty virus (I have anti virus, etc. on my computer) and the scam said it would cost me $300.00 to have it removed this was a no brainer. We travel and have taken advantage of it in different parts of the country with no problems.

I have three computers and am not computer savvy when it comes to installing, troubleshooting or when my kids corrupt my system with a virus from the sites they go on. Love the fact that no matter what the problem I can just take it in and know it will be solved. Wouldn't do without this service.

Good for someone who has an older computer and that can be accessed remotely or brought into store. That it includes service to 3 computers and includes virus ware .

I used Geek Squad when I brought my desktop to the store. Everyone was professional. I did not have the need (yet) for phone support, etc. So far, very impressed!!

We needed help with Trend Security, they reinstalled it and set up our wireless printer, plus did the same on our old computer and a tune up besides. Which took 2 hours because the old computer was slow. We were very satisfied.

I used them a few years ago and they were great then. Haven't had to actually use them with the current coverage, but I'm glad I have the protection if I need them.

I strongly recommend Black tie service for all purchases at best buy if you have a problem they fix it for free, they answer all questions and are always friendly

I'm not sure the Tech Support is worth having. It's been 50-50 for me. First call had excellent results. Second call left me hanging. No reason given for agent dropping the session. I was not told what to do, why agent left no response or when agent would be back. Session was still open 8 hours later with no response. One more try for 75% or 25% success. If it's the latter, I want my money back.

I had a problem with a special desktop that was too big to easily take in and had to have a house call. During first contact I explained the problem and the agent understood. He also was aware of the newest hardware and things that needed to be done to get the system up and running correctly.

The Geek Squad has been an excellent service provider. Not only have they installed a new computer for me, but they tried to restore my files from the old computer hard drive. At an earlier time, they set up my router and got all my PC's to work with it. I am very pleased with their service.

Agents explain how to use devices clearly. They try to debug and fix devices while you are in the store. Our local Best Buy does not require appointments, however while traveling we did find one that does. Appointment was set up for the same day and they were very helpful. Good for 3 devices!
