Purchased the Tech Support membership as I have different level of grandchildren (ages 2 to 16) using my computer during visits. It could be dropped, locked up, virus installed, etc which I might not be able to fix. With my first problem, it has already paid for half of my cost.

I had a good experience with geek squad. I didn't have to do a thing. They did everything by remote access while I watched a movie. My p.c. runs better.

I like the geek squad and have used them several times in the past. Thus, I wanted the Geek Squad protection for my son's new laptop. But I was going to purchase 3 years of coverage when they offered a deal on one year when I did the purchase online. I tried to get the deal for 3 years but ended up only getting a 1 year coverage plan becuase that was all that was avaialble for the discounted price. Should be able to get the discount for as many years as wanted.

Needed help learning a few things about my new iMac Desktop having switched from a PC. Called the Geek Squad and the young man was very helpful and friendly, as he walked me though the steps to get to where I was going. The Geek Squad coverage is definitely worth the money!

We got the computer service contract and had my wife's computer taken care of in the shop, which make it work a lot smoother. I had mine done remotely overnight this week. A couple of problems were solved and I didn't have to be without it, since I use it every day for work.

I'm very pleased with the Geek Squad protection and service. My laptops have had a tendency to get viruses and I simply bring it in to Geek Squad and they erase the viruses and fix the problem for no additional charge.

The agents installed old software on my brand new computer that I could not figure out how to install myself because it was for an older operating system. It saved me so much time because I could do other stuff while they installed my software. I will definately use them again!

the computer seems to come with everything supportservices if needed .but it goes back to the sales person who explained all very smart in all areas

because they were short staffed we had to wait longer than hoped to get our computers back. But they did their Job and the computers work ALOT better.

Bought this with a new laptop, for my daughter, which can be used on three computers. I had an old laptop go junk and they verified problem and that repair would cost more then purchase of a new and better laptop (I can always find good deals on open box laptops at Best Buy).

I'm technologically impaired - being dragged into the 21st century kicking and screaming. I like the idea of someone having my back should I need it.
