Geek Squad has assisted us for many years, and we have never had a problem with them. Members are knowledgeable, will answer your questions and help you understand what happened to your computer, how it was fixed, and if there is anything you need to do going forward.

Geek squad provided solutions to solve my laptop problems. They were efficient at loading my new laptop with necessary updates and software upgrades. Purchasing the Geek Squad services is a choice you should make without doubt or hesitation.

This is a good product if you have an item that will require an expensive repair or needs to be replaced. Geek Squad appear to be knowledgeable and are friendly. My only complaint is that after advising me that my product should be sent to the manufacturer, it was a hassle for me to do so. I had hoped that GS would do it instead and save me the time and effort, which is one of the main reasons I purchased the service agreement in the first place.

I'm a really klutzy person, and I made a big purchase with my Mac. Because AppleCare doesn't cover dropping, spilling, or anything like that, I decided to invest in a year of GeekSquad. It's especially handy since the closest Mac store to me is roughly 3 hours away.

Needed their help reinstalling operating system when hard drives crashed. Glad to have their help! Friendly and knowledgeable. Love these guys!

My warranty covers up to 3 computers so when I experienced an issue with 1 I half expected the run around but instead I received prompt, knowledgeable service & a fast & easy exchange! Completely hassle-free!

I was in a hurry, my computer just crashed one day. I am a teacher and my life is on my laptop. I went on my break to get a new computer. I found one I liked, at a decent price, and was told the Geek Squad would set it up and transfer all my stuff to new computer. I explained that I use my computer to get on my school network and that all my files were important. I was reassured they could handle it. I left around 10 a.m. feeling relieved. I called at 5 when I was heading home, and was told it would not be ready until the next day. So, I waited. The next day came and went, NO COMPUTER. It took 3 days, and I finally got my computer. I had a few issues logging on to my work network, but the IT guys at my job got it to work. I noticed Webroot security was not installed, so I went back to Best Buy, and the guy from Geek Squad confirmed that it was never installed. I don't know why. I just felt it took way too long to get my computer and I was concerned a program I purchased was not even installed.

we tried to get them to get our sound to work and they couldn't fix it we had to call HP. they fixed it right away.so we fired the geek squad.

I am very satified with Geek Squad service. It is good to know someone is there to help with most any question I may have about the products I buy at Best Buy. If on member of the Geek Squad can't answer the question, there is always someone else around to help out.

I am very disappointed in this service. They are unable to do things that I really needed. Things they could help me with, I could already do or I was able to get answers directly from the source (like Microsoft tech service). They wanted you to bring the machine in and there was an additional cost for that. So, I am canceling this at the end of the month.

I always figure that by buying these service agreements that I am ensuring that nothing will happen to my device. so far that has proven true.

The ability to have your computer diagnosed possibly over the phone. But also the ability to take your system into the stores for assistance.

Just purchased the 1 year agreement, sure hope I don't need it, but glad to know it's there if I do.

Computer now operating faster and smoother.Easy to make an appointment with store nearby.

They got my computer set up very quickly. It seems to run very well. Seemed a little distracted at the counter, customer service speaking......

I called the Geek Squad after hiring 2 different private computer technicians. The private guys charged a lot and neither were able to fix my issues. The Geek Squad were professional and helped fix my computer issues. I can't imagine going elsewhere in the future.

The staff repaired my old pc and laptop. They were fast and knowledgeable. Great service for immediate repair and great guarantee of 1 year service and repair.

I have had a wonderful experience with several members of my local Geek Squad. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and don't treat me like I should know the answer to my questions w/o having to ask them. They take their time and I really appreciate that!
