    I have had a wonderful experience with several members of my local Geek Squad. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and don't treat me like I should know the answer to my questions w/o having to ask them. They take their time and I really appreciate that!

    This camera is not what I expected. I was looking for a photo program compatible with a Mac Mini. This one is not, although I was told it would be. Finding it difficult to understand the instructions on how to set it up. I would like to be able to turn off the flash, but can't find out how to do this. Truthfully I will be looking for a different camera.

    Store Service was great. Phone Service... spotty

    Phone Support: Had a software problem where I am not able to print some reports in Quicken. After 30 minutes the technical support person could not fix the problem and advised me that she would be moving this up the ladder to a more experienced person and that someone would be calling me back in 15 to 30 minutes or when a more experienced person was available. Now, two days latter no one has called me back. I would classify this a poor support.

    The Geek Squad repaired our computer quickly and with wonderful service. They kept us abreast of what was going on through email and listened carefully to our requests. They talked to us afterward and answered our questions. Highly recommend Geek Squad service!

    Made an appointment for assistance with setting up laptop. A tech was available to meet with us right away and in a matter of minutes, made the changes requested to the laptop and showed us how to do a number of other things to make life easier with Windows 8.

    They help me with my problems on desk top. It is now working good and safed me from buying a new one. Also found out that I had a pirate windows. Walked me through getting it straightened out. They also helped with stetting up my new laptop. they did a great job.

    The Geek Squad contract gives me peace of mind. Before it took me hours crafting questions, finding answers, trying solutions, and searching the internet again to problem solve. Now I have a team of experts to call for help and can bring my laptop in hassle free.

    i am so glad that the tech offered this. ( sales at the time of purchase did not.) one year of coverage is much better than pay-per-service.

    You can't expect people to make an appt. and then take walk-in's unless you have enough staff. There is not enough staff at E. Hanover to do that and they have to do it. I had an appointment and had to wait because of that and I don't have that much waiting time.

    Was having issue with e-mail and could not figure it out on my own. Worked with Tech support and found there was an issue with my external back up and that my mail image was linked to it. Rerouted and reimaged the pst files and all was back and running normal.

    I think the tech support is a great deal for a busy family with multiple computers. They clean out all the viruses and update software within a short time. We have never had to wait more than a week so far. I'm very pleased with the friendly staff. Great value.

    Unit needed to be cleaned up. They did that. Now the Internet is not working right. BB has tried. They told me it was a problem for Comcast. Comcast works through there steps and says the next tier up in technical help is needed. I've talked to comcast twice and they have told me the same thing, but no one calls back. Who's going to fix it???????

    very few companies have great customer service but best buy has far out the best customer service in my opinion. they really go out of their way to make sure your satisfied and listens to the customer rather than try to get them out of there as quick as they can

    I would recommend this service to anyone purchasing a new computer. The knowledge of the staff and their willingness to assist you and help you learn your new computer. They keep it up to date running the best it possibly can. This service is well worth costs.
