Bought Geek Squad coverage after having taken computer in for work. Got into trouble at home with some of the set up. Went back to store for assistance and was told I couldn't get any help unless I brought the computer back in. Went back home and corrected most of the problems with much time and effort on my own and no support from Geek Squad.

I have had to call and even tho my question wasn't part of my plan they still were able to walk me thru my issue for no additional fee.

For a reasonable annual price I know the Geek Squad has my back. Even if it's only to answer a question they have the answer. I would recommend this protection to anyone who doesn't have a tech savvy grandkid around. Thumbs up!

I'm glad I have the access available to me to get help with my computer, but it seems. Like it takes forever to get ahold of an agent.

Thanks for offering great tech support so far...we had some issues and had to return a few items and the Geek Squad was super helpful!

So glad I had the Geek Squad, not sure what I would have done without them. Many issues with my laptop, they sent it out and it did take longer then I expected but it came back fixed and they were very good at the store as to explaining everything to me.

The Geek Squad has been a great investment for me. They've always been very helpful. Only problem has been the one time I took my computer in, and didn't leave it. A couple of days later, I got an email saying that my computer was ready to be picked up???

havn't needed geek squad with this product yet.. i used them before with my camera to just get it cleaned and one of the techs dropped my camera and broke it and tied the strap around the broken part trying to hide it. they never fixed it or gave me anything to replace it, even with contacting the top people divisional mgr this happened many years ago.. i havn't been able to use my cam recorder since. :(

They had my computer for 1 week and upon review of work found one problem remained. They kept for a few days longer. All is good now.

Geek Squad is a great extra benefit, especially for the not so computer savvy. I know enough to get so far and then don't know what to do after that so it is a nice benefit to be able to call someone or take my equipment in to have them help me with it.

Love everything about the Geek Squad. I prefer taking my computer in, even leaving it overnight for repairs. They know their business.

They installed the extra memory and upgraded the security software at time of purchase. Was a good purchase for the use with laptop

My first time that any of my computers have ever caught a virus these guys were there. My problem was fixed without harming my files.

This is a necessary service when you are not technically savvy about the inner workings of a computer. You get immediate assistance.

New laptop purchase. Great to know we have assistance available for multitude of questions & directions of usage for the next year.

Everyone at Best Buy was very helpful and explained everything to me about my computer. What to expect, the timeline to get it fixed etc. My computer was fixed in just a few days and has worked great ever since. I really appreciate everything they did.

I do a lot of shopping at Best Buy and am happy with the store I go to and the service I receive from this store and the employees

If you ever have a support issue contact Brian A if you can. Absolutely the best in the business. He fixed my issue and completely tuned up my computer while fixing my printer scanning issues. What a true professional and extremely capable. The BEST!

Great to have access to the geek squad 24/7. Haven't had to use yet an hopefully wont have to use! But glad it's there if its needed!
