It is nice to have someone other than family or friends straighten out the "mess"--and no laughing is involved. And they do not continually recommend that classes be taken--when in fact--our age is the problem when we run out of the stick-on notes.

I have had to contact Geek support several time with all my computers that I owned. Each service tech that I have had or talked to on the phone have been very , very, helpful and very pleasant. They all act likethey are very pleased to help you.

For me this value will be great, I will be able to ask questions about installations as I become more familiar with the product.

I love best buy and the warrantys they offer. I've purchased items other ans have the worst luck ever trying to get help, item fixed or replaced. This is so easy its amazing. I will never buy anything from somewhere else if best buy carries it.

The support is there when you need it. I've needed it a couple of times. I'll continue to use the Geek Squad.

i have had my computer in the shop twice and still not fixed :( but it better than it was. all in all geek squad does an ok job.

so far have not had to call or take product back in for help. am told it is very thorough coverage and easy to use when needed

I've been in twice, and it was always a smooth hastle-free experience. I tell what I want, they say it will take this long, before the time is up, I get a call to come in and make sure everything is the way I like it(it always is), and I'm done.

good service and friendly representatives is expected and given. I got everything they promised and was happy with the results.

i was able to use this for the 2 computers i bought and one i had at home--the agent was helpful and made my computer run better

it was very easy to get my computer fixed. I was having terrible problems with some malware on my computer, they fixed it very quickly and did everything that I asked them to. It's nice to know that i can bring it back anytime that i need to.

I haven't had to contact geeksquad as of yet, but when I do or when I need to I'm glad that I can contact someone at any time.

When taking in my old lap top I was not given much info, just told it was not repairable. When I took it to a local business I found out much more info and help to fix it. It turned out not a good option but the tech at Best Buy did not give me that much info or seem to know that much or maybe not want to give me that much time.

They are very knowledgeable and I trust that they would be able to fix any problems I may have with my products in the future.

Son had malware problem when returning from college for winter break. Geek Squad did a fantastic job with advice on how to get original HP disks from HP which was a nightmare in itself. Once received fixed the computer and had great advice.

You have listed as 1 yr, but I actually purchased a 2 yr. contract! Have only had one small issue thus far, which was resolved,

I am computer literate but one never knows when an issue will happen that one can not fix. I also like knowing that I do not have to do everything myself. Having experienced techs available is like insurance, you can not afford NOT to have it.

The guys were very fast with my computer and they set it up for how I use my computer. If I ever need the help, they are there.

The Geek Squad will spend hours using the remote control and you don't have to be there. They will send you a message when it is done. They have no problems about going back to make corrections if the set isn't exactly asd you want it to be.
