I had Geek Squad reload two of my old laptops and they did a great job. They did exactly what I asked them to do, they had them completed fast and the techs are very knowledgeable. I had two great experiences with the Geek Squad.

I think is a good thing to have a tech support membership. you will never know when you are going to need their help!.

I am glad that I signed up for the software protection policy. I am looking forward to solving problems in the future.

I`m not computer savy. Good to know that after I mess things up "geeks" are there to put it all back in order for Me !

I bought a new computer with Windows 8 already installed. I was having a hard time getting my existing "Cox" email account added, and using it as my primary account. They got it set up and the info pulled over in no time!! LIFESAVERS.

Have yet to try it but its a great feeling knowing there is always someone available to help with such technical issues

It was fantastic speaking with technicians who know the language and they were patient and kindly repeated their answers. At the end of their service they asked/ensured if I received the help I had called for. I never felt rushed.

great product so I don't have to figure anymore computer problems out on my own.

This should have been addressed when i brought the lap top in for a new hard drive because one of the issues was that it wouldn't connect to the interenet or lost connection. This approx. 6-8 wks ago. It is irrelevant. It's OK now.

I am sure when the time comes to use this service it will be well worth while spending the money for the 2 year term.

agents solved and corrected my initial problem, but could not fix problems that arose from fixing the first problem

I like that they do all they can to find out what's wrong with your product. They are there to answer all questions.

My old computer sucked! I bought the wrong computer that was out of date when I bought it. It lasted 4 years and was slow. Geek squad answered every question that I had which was several. I bought a ASUS ultra book 2 weeks later

Being hearing impaired the Geek Squad was so accommodating. They explained every step that I needed to accomplishment my goal. Very impressed with the Geek Squad, I would HIGHLY recommend them. I cannot say the same for Apple!

I took my ASUS in to get help on how to work windows 8. The female tech was very helpful and if she wasn't sure of the answer she found it from another tech. I also like how you can make an appt so you don't have to wait in line.

The check in process, through the completion of the repair and service was smooth, clean and professionally handled.

When you drop off your equipment they are always pleasant and are always very knowledgeable in pin pointing what the problem is. They called when they said they would call and the equipment was ready when they said it would be.

I am so glad I purchased this membership because I had to use it as soon as I bought my new computer. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. I'll probably renew my membership every time it ends because it is so useful.

Easy to call in and ask questions or e-mail if prefer. I like the technical support since I am not super technical.

To be fair, I only spoke with one agent. Maybe he was new? I was trying to get started with Windows 8 and he couldn't help me at all. So, I looked online and found what I needed so much more easily. I will probably try again when needed, but I am not confident. I know other people who think they are helpful.
