I feel that the "Geek Squad" know their stuff and do it well and I feel better knowing I can call them anytime on anyday and ask questions. They can even walk me through problems over the phone. Very nice and I'm impressed. Thanks!

Have always had issues with the computer virus but with this product those type situations seem to be at a minimum.

geek squad is always good purchase. the extended warranty & coverage is needed if you use devices for long hours,

I have bought the tech support with two different devices and have been pleased with the service.

Geek Squad set up my new tablet. Email, printing and other key functions never worked. After waiting so long for this setup, I was told I'd have to bring the tablet and my printers in for them to get it right. I am hesitant to have them touch anything again, and I could use help with printing from my Mac and iPad. Just not sure it will be worth the aggravation.

The virus was removed and the operating system re-installed. However, this took two weeks - that's a bit long; maybe staffing level is not too high. Also, the following was NOT installed even though I provided the original Dell install disks - printer drivers, MS Office 2007, and Adobe Acrobat. They were easy enough to install but it would have been nice to mention not installing them.

Overall, I am very happy with my tech support. It seems expensive in the beginning, but I have actually had to use it in the past & they stood behind their promises, no questions asked. I appreciate not having to fight for it.

I like the ease of taking to the store rather then try to use the on line help. I like live one on one discussion.

If you wont no worry no hassle installation with expert guidance at hand, then you absolutely must purchase this service. You will be grateful you did. I would recommend service to even the most experienced technology gurus!

I called in for help with one issue and received support for an additional need: connecting to wireless printer.

I like the security of having the support 24/7. I've already used, very impressed with the Geek Squad's knowledge.

my first experience was not good so i took it back and i got a rep that took me to a booth and got me to Geek squad i told him what the problem was andhe fixed it in one hour

good to have if you have problems. Long wait time to get to customer service but very helpful once you get there.

I am still having trouble with Email access on my computer. Att wireless keeps dropping off and when I try signing the thing won't connect. I get so frustrated I just walk away form it. Of coarse att says it is not their error.

I admire the Geek Squad associates. They always seem to be able to answer any question I have and fix any problems that I encounter. I repeatedly got the FBI virus and they were able to get me back up and running in no time.

I paid for 3 yrs service (on 2 computers purchased at same time) It seems impossible to correct improperly prepared paperwork. I am not sure if these are clerical errors or this computer incorrectly covered for only one year.

I was pleased with this program because not only does it work on my computer but 2 other computers in the house.

I got this originally when Best Buy store was more convenient, now it is less so, when I want/need to go there.

When I dropped it off, even with an appointment, I had to stand in line with everyone else. What's the point of an appointment? I got an email that it was ready so I went to pick the computer up. The tech guy had nothing to do but I was not allowed to speak to him because I didn't have an appointment!!!!

The security of my system is very important so hopefully this software will continue to secure my information.
