I liked the fact that this covered not just the computer purchased, but could use it on one already owned. Was very pleased with that fact and did use it on another lap top with good results. Techs were wonderful.

My customer service experience went fairly well with customer support. The agent I had was courteous and very helpful.

The Best Buy Geek squad have been supportive with numerous computer issues. With the extended support for three computers, and three young adult children it has gotten a lot of use.They even know me by name when I walk in the store.

We have had Geek Squad for a year and have used them multiple times for our three computers. We would have spent much more on all of the issues we have had over the past year. We can use them for PM to avoid having major issues.

I have not needed to use the support yet which is a good thing but nice to know I have the protection if I need it.

I haven't had to use it, but it's good to know that the geek squad will help me fix anything if I have any issues.

I needed some advice and a check on my computer to ensure there were no viruses. The Geek Squad was so helpful and answered all my questions, gave me some great advice and the turn around time was faster than they estimated.

I haven't had to have them fix anything, yet, but they did my setup and it was great not having to do all of that.

I never buy the warranty or extras like that but I've used my Geek Squad tech support service plan 3-4 times more then I ever thought. They make it very easy to get service in store or by phone and online.

My daughter's laptop died right before she was to start her Fall semester as a college Freshman. We went to Best Buy and purchased a laptop, Geek Squad Tech support, Microsoft Office University, and received Webroot Security for free because of the Geek Squad Protection purchase. Immediately, Geek Squad set up the laptop, installed the new software and even installed previous software programs that we had. The associate was friendly and helpful as she also went through a thorough demonstration on how to use Windows 8 (a challenge for previous Windows 7 users). After going off to college, my daughter realized that she wanted to purchase PhotoShop for her digital photography class. I went to a Best Buy next to me and purchased the software but I was told that it would take 3 days to download the program. My daughter had to return to school so we did not leave the laptop. Instead, she took her laptop to a Best Buy store close to her school and asked if they could do it that day....the Geek Squad installed the PhotoShop while she waited...and she didn't have to leave her laptop there (took about 20 minutes)! Nice service, Thank You.

Recommend getting when your PC warrant ends. Team is knowledgeable, nice and cleaned up my PC in only a few days

They helped me when I really needed them. They connected to my computer and figured out what the problems I was having were. I would be lost without them. GREAT BUY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I AM GOING TO TRY AND EXTEND MY SERVICE

I surely have gotten my moneys worth with having their service agreement. purchased this and have renewed my yearly subscription for 2 computers and you couldn't get a better deal anywhere else.

great to have the geek squad coverage, have used them many times on the phone and in the store if needed. The coverage is very well worth it the first time you have to bring in the computer

I always buy this when I get a computer but I have never used. Don't know if I would want to go without though.

Can't really say much on this yet as i just got my laptop. Never had too many issues with best buy in the past.

It is very good to have this service in case of an emergency you have where to go or call and they will help you.

I love having help when you need it. Have called them several times they have always found my problem or problems and fixed them. If you have a computer you need to have Geek Squad by your side.
