nice to be able to update 3 computers with this service. service has cleaned my pc and it is working great.

I wanted to make sure all my files transferred to my new computer. The Geek Squad technical knowledge greatly surpasses mine. It is nice to be able to refer to them with questions or new program installs for a year.

I thought the deal was going to be good until I tried it and it turned out to be great. The service is excellent, fast, and reliable. I especially liked the call I got from the service desk about my laptop being ready.

I am not one to purchase warranties, but I did purchase this one. I had a hard drive go bad on my Apple MacBookPro a month ago, they had issues fixing the unit and decided to replace the whole Laptop with a new one.

Geek Squad installed my invisible shield for my new iPad. Other than that I have not had to use Geek Squad.

I have already used Geek support twice. That it covers my Kindle, PC and Android is fantastic! Great value.

My problems have always been resolved in a timely fashion and I have found the agents to be knowledgable.

It is a good deal You can be sure that whenever you find a problem, there's someone there for you to help

They trouble shooted an issue I had with my 5 day old new PC and found out what was wrong and explained the options to correct it and guided me through the steps to easily fix the issue and save some money and time.

Took a very long time to get checked in. After going through 3 people my needs got lost. What I neede was rather simple but had to pudrchass the full year plan. Didn't really want that. Still had to go through and clean up a lot of junk after I got it back to make the system perform better.

i like the online support, majority of the time the do a great job

I took one computer to Best Buy to take a virus off of my computer. The tech told me it would be $299.00 or I had to buy their service plan to for over $300.00 for them to even look at my computer. I was basically forced into their service plan and to make a long story short. The virus is still on my computer. Over-priced and very poor technicians.

I was extremely happy with the availability of the equipment that I was looking for & the sales representative & " Geek Squad" Techs were very informed with the product & very helpful in assisting me with my purchase

I don't know what we would do without The Geek Squad! If ever we need questions or service, they are right there with the answers we need. Also, I love the 6 mo "cleaning" service for my hard drive. Thanks a bunch!

The staff was very helpful in setting up my laptop and then explaining to me all of its features and how to navagate Windows 8. It was a huge help as it is quite a learning curve for me...but I love it! Thank you!!

Very polite and very knowledgable. Very willing to help when they can...Will be using them for info a lot.

I have used them a couple of times already and they were great. They took the time needed not only to correct the problem, but explain how I got where I was and how not to get there again. Worth their weight in gold

My comments are limited due to the limited use of this "insurance" for my lack of knowledge of computers.

I was told if I needed to replace my hard drive, everything would be transferred over to the new drive and would not loose anything (that's their selling pitch) however when it came down to them calling me to say in deed you do need a new drive, once I starting using my computer it was very clear that I had problems. I realized I was not able to open my Microsoft Office word documents, and when I alerted the Geek Squad the rely I received was sorry we cannot transfer software from one hard drive to another so now I"m left with no way to open my documents currently on my computer and with no compensation from the Geek Squad. You could say i"m a very unhappy customer!!!!!!!

I am not very knowledgeable about computers so the protection is an absolute must for me!! I have had my old computer in to Best Buy several times and they have always cleaned up my mess!! Removed the virus... etc.
