For the price paid it's absolutely worth it, even if not for the price paid this would be worth getting for the quality service offered when I most needed. I would def. purchase this again and again.

Just wish we could have purchased for one or two devices rAther than for three.

I am always happy when I have a question because they have an answer. One of them even knows my name and others recognize me and can joke with me. And I can use my membership for my other devices.

When I call people at the Geek Squad they were able to fix laptop. They were nice and profession. Overall, it was super great services. I highly recommend this service to all my friends and family.

Requested that the agent contacted help with an error message I was receiving on my New Dell Computer . The message stated that " Display Driver 7R stopped responding but has recovered " . This was an intermittent message received about 40% of the time whenever I booted the computer, and would result in a blank screen for about 5 seconds each time. Without any sort of analysis, agent advised me to bring the computer back to the store and turn it over to the Geek Squad. However, before I could return the item, a self-analysis program on the computer advised me that I had 2 anti-virus programs active at startup and that could cause concerns. When I disabled one of the programs, the display problem disappeared. I believe an agent could have told me this !!!

I just got a new Lenovo with Windows 8. Support Central has helped me a couple of times with questions about easier ways to complete a task or to get things off my computer that I do not need or use.

The agents I spoke to were very knowledgeable and reassuring. They were also great at communicating on a tech level I could understand. I was encouraged to bring in additional computers for repair.

I like this because I'm not as computer literate as I'd like to be and this is a helpful tool.

I haven't used this product yet but I have also only had my computer for a few weeks. But it is great knowing that if anything should go wrong with my computer I have geek squad to fix it for me.

Because I am not so computer savvy,we had geek squad install the kaspersky security software and office Mac. They had it done in a timely matter and did a thorough job of going over each product.

The technical support I recently received was great. Fixed my problem in a very timely manner. The Geek Squad was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my computer.
