Great backup product to have for all unforeseen computer mishaps and queries, very handy!!!

This is a great service for those of use that aren't so savvy with glitches on computers.

I had to call every time to find out where things stood on repair of my computer. Once went to store to purchase item needed to "finish" repair on my computer and was told one price then given corrected price from female staff. Days later I was told I personally had to order another part needed to repair my computer. This would add another 5 to 7 days on top of the 10 days my computer was at the store. I went to pick up my computer, unrepaired, and was told the male staffer had a note saying he called my number and spoke to my son. Both sons work and do not live with me. They do not carry my cell phone. Obviously, the character and integrity of staff is questionable. My impression is: staff members are just there to play with computers. They do not care if the consumer has their property back. While we were picking up my property, they had to install the Webroot purchased the day I brought the computer to them. 10 days to install the updated Webroot and I stood there while they did it. Now I am receiving an e-mail that they will charge my card to renew the Webroot I installed November 2011. Obviously, they don't keep their records straight. I brought my computer to an independent computer businessman and had my computer back in 2 days.

I had to use their help on the first day I bought laptop and I was treated with respect, courtesy, and with excellent knowledge of computers and software etc., I would recommend this to anyone

I haven't used this service yet, but I do feel better knowing they are there if I need them

Outstanding support and service. These individuals are patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I've only had the membership for 30 days and feel that it was worth the cost. Keep up the good work!

This truly is a great service. I hate unplugging and plugging cords. I hate havng to take the computer to the shop. Therefore, this is truly great to relax at home while repairs are being made.

The technician seemed very knowledgeable & explained what he was doing & why. He offered suggestions for ways to improve service without being pushy. Very friendly. Everything works perfectly now.

I always question support programs, but this one has lived up to the hype. They did a great job of setting up my Mac and then worked on my old HP to get it back into shape. Good job all around.

was able to remove current viruses and speed up computer, also good for 3 computers, repaired older computer and only charged for part needed, not charged to install part or install software

Bought the Geek Squad coverage after my third Apple item purchase (iPhone 5, Mac Mini, MacBook Air). My Mac Mini started to be VERY sluggish. I contacted the Geek Squad via the website. 1. There was no recognition that I was a paying member. Lots of "you'll be charged for this", so I wasnt sure what I had paid for. 2. Tech examined by computer virtually after I gave permission, and olnly told me it needed a tune up (2 months old?) and more memory (2 months old?). 3. I then noticed a Contact Updater was devouring the RAM, when the Geek brought up the analyzer. I asked if that could be the problem and was told, "Yeah, you need more memory"...Not! 4. Only thing Geek offered was a "tune up", but it would cost me. What did I pay for?

Geek Squad members are very helpful. they seem to want to go out of their way to help when you have an issue with your computer. Fortunately, I haven't had any major problems with my computer!!

Had this in the past, not only will the Geek Squad help you set up your computer, they will transfer data, show you "how to's" and will help with any other computer in your home. Great service!

I haven't had to use the support help yet, but is comforting to know they are available.

Up to know I have had no problems so I have not had to use it so I cannot give a review.

Great value for the money. Geek Squad expertise is second to none and they take care of all the heavy-duty technical stuff for you. You get peace of mind and you get it for three computers!

Okay when you need it. If it was cheaper I would probably keep it but it is to expensive.
