Posted .Hi Keith! Sometimes gellets are squashed when firing and the barrel can get clogged or obstructed from the debris. Try removing the barrel to see if any cleaning is required. To clean, use a can of compressed air to blow out all the debris before tightening. 10 min Battery

I thought the gun was defective and exchanged it for the same product. My second gun arrived and just had slightly more battery. Useless. I'm returning it tomorrow. Not to mention my kid's disappointment.

The box had been opened and the gel beads had been replaced with generic brand one that were not the right size and did not work. Total disappointment as a Christmas present.

Me and my friends go to the park and have wars and it's so much fun! We've even been able to play in the dark and still see who we're shooting. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great outdoor activity!

My kids and I do this 3X per week and its always a lot of running around. Product is amazing, quality A+ and with 10,000 rounds of ammo it last 3-4 hours. Oh and don't forget the ammo tub they sell, it is a game changer on loading...
