    I guess you have to be rich to deserve clean air. It’s a friggin paper filtering plastic. It’s easy to switch out so that’s the 3 stars

    Filer is fine for its use, but the subscription is too many for the use. The one per month is not real, as we change every 3 months or less. We tried to cancel to allow us to use the stack we have accumulated. The online and phone to c. service was useless. Still looking to edit or cancel subscription.

    The filter itself is great. BUT, Best buy markets this as a 3-in-1 filter. Not only is there nothing 3-in-1 about this, but you also don't get 3 of them.
