    I spent $100 on a Germ Guardian Air Purification appliance. When it came time to purchase a replacement filter, the same same location informs me they have never stocked the replacement filter. While I'm a fan of the unit, you have to wonder about the common sense and motives of a company that doesn't provide support or parts for a product they sell. I could have saved money purchasing elsewhere and received the same sorry support. I would recommend this device to anyone but suggest not buying it from Best Buys. Never again Best Buys!

    This review is about best buy shipping. This item was supossed to be ready for pick up 2 weeks ago, it was a purchase to pick on the store. So, I've been waiting since then, for a message. Best buy app says still delayed. The worst, item is no able to make changes, cancel or shipping.
