Pollen and cotton are floating through the air all the time. So to have this in my apartment running is extremely helpful to keep my allergies at bay. Highly recommend this to anyone with allergies!

I've found they work well in the past and last about 5-6 months at our house. With 3 cats and 1 dog in the house, we need filtration for our guests and we are happy with the results.

Purchased the Germ Guardian for my small 800 sq ft office. It works very well. The read light may go on every 90 days so lasts a pretty long time. WE have it running all the time.

I would just take the filter out and shake the dust off. When we finished the work, i replaced the filter even though it did not look that bad.
