Stopped working

Uv light is important for killing germs, so disappointed. It’s only been 2 1/2 years, going to call customer service tomorrow for possible warranty replacement.

Planning to follow up with customer service, but based on reviews ($40 to ship for repair), not sure it’s worth it. Was using most nights, not much during day.

Busted motor straight out of box

The noise got worse and worse, and ultimately I determined that the filter had a busted motor. Brand new, and it already had a busted motor! What a pain to return. I used a Honeywell in my bedroom and that one worked fine.
