This filter works well. Based on the airflow rate the UV light is probably useless, but I do use it from time to time as it does no harm. The only criticism of this unit is the discharge air is not directed forward, but instead near 70 degrees to the left of the front mesh plate. The original intent was to have this blow forward, I instead had to position it sideways to get the airflow to perform as expected. The fan speed control is mechanical so the fan operates regardless of power failure. The UV light is electronically controlled so it does not resume after power failure. Overall a very functional unit.

I am very happy with this Air Purifier. I have been using this in my bedroom for several months and it really helps with keeping the dust down. Recently, I had covid for two weeks and my son and elderly mother each were in my room many times. I feel like this purifier did its job because thankfully neither of them were exposed. I really think it was because of the purifier cleaning up the air in the room.

Cleans a small room really well. Within 20 minutes on medium it's noticeably cleaner smelling. Great pricing for a good product too. Fairly quiet on low and not too loud on high.

Good product for the price, Bt is for a small area. It isn't very noisy so I could sleep with it in my bedroom. On medium it does put out a nice cool airflow. It has moderately lowered the dust, and gets rids of odors quickly. I also like the fact that it has a uv germ.

Excellent product. i got it for my small basement office which had a lot of dust. It almost sucked the dust and able to feel a good fresh air when doing my treadmill

This is a fairly quiet air purifier. We have pets and also use a woodstove for heat, so we purchased this for our bedroom. It does a great job at helping to eliminate allergens and odors.

I'm in love. Not sure how it works fully, just my grand daughter came to visit me with her newborn. she was so happy they moved back to my house. I am a cigarette smoker and she always complained about the smell. I bought this product hope to eliminant some of the smell. she that I quit smoking for her to back in. I did not GREAT MACHINE it's make me a happier great grandma thank you

Pure air. I love this product and it is quiet. It really gets rid of odors. I had my master bathroom painted took the fumes out in a jiffy

I bought this purifier to replace our old one we had which had given out. And I am so happy with this purchase. Very efficient and quiet.

We bought the GermGuardian air purifier to use in our bedroom. My wife has allergies, and with the scare of the coronavirus everywhere, we decided to buy this. We were worried that the noise might keep us awake, but on low the sound is quite soothing and we both sleep well. In fact, my wife can sleep all night without waking up sniffling or coughing from dust in the air. We wish it had a timer on it, but we just have to remember to turn it off when we get up. We are very pleased with this product.

This purifier works great and offers noticeably cleaner and fresher air. It offers nice background noise in the bedroom when sleeping. If you are looking for something that produces a noticeable movement of air like a fan, this is not the purifier.

I was a little hesitant to order afraid it would be noisy but took a chance. I’m so happy The air purifier is quiet . The best is my sinus and allergies have cleared .

Love it! I use it in my bedroom. On low fan speed, it operates well and quietly. So far, I am sleeping and feeling much better since I got this two months ago.

This has definitely helped filter our daughter’s bedroom and it even smells fresher. She was getting sick often and since adding the filter 6 months ago we have noticed a decrease in fevers which are allergy induced for her.

I LOVE THIS AIR FILTER!!!! IT'S A GREAT SIZE AND VERY QUIET.
