    I used to wake up to constantly runny nose and sneezing, but ever since i started using it that's no more. The only thing against it I would say is the sound level, which gets kind of loud on medium and max speed, at medium I'm ok with it, but not for sleeping, and max it basically sounds like a cheap fan.
