    It does what any purifier does. I did not give 5 stars, because despite being the "elite collection" it does not have any of the features of the previous smart version of these towers. No app, no remote, nothing making it "elite" in my opinion.

    Really wanted to love this. It seemed to help at first, but after a week of use I began sneezing uncontrollably and when I removed it I was fine, so I Returned it within the return window.

    Purchased this based on the shipping ETA provided at check out. Arrived 3 days after original ETA. I would have been okay with the extended shipping time if presented upfront.

    I have bad allergies and am allergic to something in my apartment. This didn't make a noticeable difference. I'm not sure if I need a bigger model or if it's just a good product.

    Settings Quit working the second day of use! Could not change the fan level. It was stuck, even when unplugging and restarting. Size was nice, not loud, but Do not recommend this particular one.

    The item itself is great but Best Buy sent new a used one. I want to return It but unfortunately right now with the pandemic situations it’s not convenient for me to do so.

    I can’t tell that it’s cleaning the air at all. I do not see any difference in dust or smell.i bought 3 thinking they’d be great and am very disappointed.
