It’s really fun and if you have the Apple Watch too it makes it seem like you are really doing something. You can choose the types of workouts you wanna do. How long they are just by reading the preview before committing to one. I love it!!! The workouts also have the latest and best music to workout to within each video to help keep you motivated and enjoying the workout.
