Wow, just wow. Apple fitness is my go to for any fitness exercise - dance, yoga, cycle, etc..and its cheaper than my local gym.

This is a good deal for those of you who want to get back in shape. Although training is just a video on you apple device of choice, it shows vitals from watch.

Apple Fitness Plus works well for people who have busy schedules and can't easily get to in-person fitness classes.
