To keep the “pros” concise: This is a powerful laptop to be sure. It will absolutely hold its own in 1440p maxing out all settings and still clear 75fps in titles like Cyberpunk 2077, ARK, Gw2, etc. However, there are big quality control issues. This model is constantly flagged by other users, and now myself for thermal throttling on the CPU. The reason is the Liquid Metal application. I RMA’d my first laptop (same model) and had to reapply thermal paste on the second one to bring temps to an acceptable level. Despite what the reps may tell you in Customer Support - 100c is NOT ok. If you buy this laptop and notice high temps, return it. Undervolting is also not possible with this model. For the Linux users - there is no way to toggle performance mode as predator sense does have an alternative.

Ehhhh game was a snooze fest honestly, got really bored like 2 hours in and just uninstalled…

Very easy to use, not expensive, a great choice, and very durable. If you are considering which one to buy, this will be a very worthwhile product.

I got this game as pat of an NVIDIA bundle. It was really engaging. It’s the most creative survival horror game I’ve ever played. The thought that went into the level design and story make it one of the best games I’ve played this year.

I got this for free and could not bring myself to play it. While it might be a fun game, it certainly doesn’t strike me as one.

It’s the Alan Wake “bundle”, I got Alan Wake Remastered AND Alan Wake 2. Absolutely love those games. Just make sure you have EPIC launcher installed before redeeming the code or you’ll get an error.

I got this with my GPU. I haven’t played it yet, but I’m glad it came with a free game to add to it. I’ve heard good reviews so definitely a good game to pair with the purchase of a Nvidia GPU.

A really plain looking card. They could have put a bit more effort into it given the price. Gigabytes software leaves a lot to be desired but it works OK for the card it ships with.

Came free with gaming laptop purchase. Not my typical type of game but it has been fun for quick change of pace when not playing FF14.

Amazing card! Runs at a very adequate temperature when playing in high settings. However, I sadly had to return this card because the official firmware and update from gigabyte had removed my LED and lcd feature and it’s irreversible. Overall, it’s a great card but don’t install the firmware or software from gigabyte until you hear an official statement fix on the firmware bricking certain features in gigabyte’s peripherals.
