Best Buy should be more careful with what "free" items they provide with their products. I bought a laptop with a 4060, which came with this free game, and I received a code by email to redeem it. After a long time trying to redeem the game code, I contacted Nvidia support and found out it was only for 4070+ GPUs. I'm quite disappointed. Reading the fine print in the Best Buy email I received which contained the redeem code, it says at the bottom: Bundle applies for qualifying GeForce RTX 4090, GeForce RTX 4080, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, GeForce RTX 4070 desktop or graphics card or laptop with a GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU, GeForce RTX 4080 Laptop GPU, or GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. Why claim I'd get a free game, then...?

I Bought my computer and it came with this game I didnt really care about the game too much at the time so I didnt try to download it yet when I first got it but I have had it about 2 months and have recently became interested in the game so I decided to follow the directions and redeem the game but when I tried that it said the code had expired so I bassically got scammed out of my game and on the product I believe it never said It would expire so I will rate it a 1 star If someone at best buy could help me to somehow still get the game I would be very happy and leave a higher review.

My husband got this along with my purchase of his new laptop for Christmas. He downloaded it and he said that he doesn't understand the purpose of the game - he didn't like it.

Received the code but had to exchange the PC since it was faulty for another one and the code was revoked. I have not received a new code from the digital department. Since the process was terrible I inquired in-store about it. The manager said she would email me about it. It has been over a month waiting. Terrible service.

I have to give this product a 0 if i could as i never got to receive it or play it. I was given this game through a promotional for buying a rtx However within the same week of getting it the code expired cause geforce decided theses promotions should have a SHORT tiny window to be redeemed. So im just out a $60 game ig but ah well.

Never got to play it because video card died. The redeem code was in the GPU app, which couldn’t detect the crappy $1200 GPU card. Couldn’t install driver either because GPU wasn’t recognized. Have no idea if it’s a good game, can’t play it if it’s in the other side of a crappy video card that dies.

Was supposed to get this free with my purchase of the Nvidia 4070, got the redeem code and tried several times to use it but kept getting a message that there was some sort of issue. I just tried the code again and now it says code expired. Bah! Probably wasn't worth it any ways

Could not use code; it expired way too quickly. It had only been a month and I could not redeem. Disappointing! No reason for the code to expire that fast. Most retailers will give you a decent length of time to redeem, so this is upsetting to say the least.

Overhyped with specs that are high for a game that doesn't really impress me to be honest... At least I got it free? Redeeming it through Nvidia's garbage "Geforce Experience" is trash, as is having to use the Epic Garbage Store.

After I updated all the drivers up to date I went to redeem it on nvidia experience in redeem option but when I tried to redeem it now it's showing requirements not fulfilled or system does not neet the requirements

geforce keep saying it is expired. i just received my pc from US (i live in philipines so it took time to arrive.). no where is it written about expiration code.

Was supposed to be included with my new PC. Tried to redeem the code I got via e-mail and it wouldn't take the code, so needless to say I never got my free game.

I never was emailed my code. This is so disappointing. Support told me they were FCFS and must have been all out…then why advertise it?!?

Had to remove this game. Too gruesome and demonic, but if that is your thing, perhaps you'll like it.

Got free with my new laptop. Cant download and have had a ticket in for over a week with no response.

Even though I bought it within the date for it to be redeemed it said the code was expired
