Decent game, overhyped in my opinion. Got for free with my GPU purchase, glad I didn't pay for it out of pocket.

Both NVIDIA and Best Buy both failed to provide a promotional redemption period date in my email about this game. Then they declined my request to compensate us for the cost of the game so we could still buy it on a purchase of over $1000. Also best buys third party seller didn't deliver our motherboard until dec 3rd so that didnt help with completing the build by dec 2 to install our game. Deeply disappointed I will be staying away from best buy for a long time $2500 later and won't even compensate us on a 59.99 game that was offered free. In case any of you didnt know you cant get the game after dec 2nd despite everything saying redeem now.

I waited to redeem the are raider delux code since this is a early Christmas present for son started to build it now I am unable to redeem code that I saved I asked Best Buy on multiple occasions if this was ok and was assured that if I had the code I would be fine ? Now it does not work I will be visiting Best Buy

I tried to redeem the free copy of Arc Raiders and it wouldn’t work. Kept infinitely loading tried it again recently but the code expired. Scummy underhanded business practice by Nvidia or Embark. I’m not blaming Best Buy but maybe they can do something so it doesn’t happen to other people.

I purchased a $5000 gaming desktop and this game was one of the gift. But the redeem code is invalid.

Doesn’t show a expiration on it any where in email but I can’t redeem it now cool thanks for nothing

So far I cannot get the code to work .... It is giving me a error with the app I have had for years and used to redeem 9 other games over the years.
