This American Horror story finds a young black man with his white girl friend visiting her family at a strange mansion where he discovers some odd behavior among some of the other guests and family members. As the plot progresses, you wonder who is in on the sinister goings on and who is not, until our hero finds himself totally involved in the action. Great suspense and screenplay.

Get Out is one of the breakout hits of 2017 and it is a social commentary & horror film masterpiece!!! This movie is gripping from the very start and it will have you on the edge of your seat with anticipation til the very end. There are tremendous performances throughout the whole cast and you will love this movie. It's a no-brainer pickup if you ask me. When it comes to Get Out, I say Get It!!!

The movie itself is a great work by Jordan Peele it has all great components and definitely deserves multiple viewings. The way the movie presents its suspense while including social topics is great. Daniel Kaluuya was great I watched him previously on the series Black Mirrors and he lived up to the expectations. The only disappointment for me is there was no 4KUHD disc set to purchase bluray will do for now.

I absolutely loved this film. It was mysterious and creepy. Watched it at night unfortunately and was scared. I thought the cast was fantastic and it had a very interesting story line. The movie kept me ammused and intrested from start to finish. I can admit that I was terrified as I've been not watching as much suspense or horror films.

A bit of a strange movie, makes you think and wonder throughout. I probably should watch a few more times before I can really pick up on some of the deeper meanings of the movie.

This movie was a little different, but I did like it. Went in a different direction that I thought, especially since I didn't hear much about it. Definitley some nice twists.

I was a detractor of the Horror Genre. It was because it seem useless to spend all that time with just frights and no content. Get Out changed my mind, here's a great horror premise that cleverly (and funnily) critiques wash down racism. Highly recommended for the theme and the thrills. The BluRay's extras only affirm the conclusion of the movie, it wouldn't be as good had it use the alternate ending.

It really didn't take me long to figure out what was happening in this movie. The way they twist it on you is what completely threw me off however. But that's a good thing for me. It kept me unabled to stop watching it and I wanted to see how the ending would be. Totally great movie!

Yes it is 99% fresh on the famed Rotten tomatoes site, but is it really that good? The answer is a resounding and unequivocal yes! This movie has top notes of social prejudice, silent prejudice, and a reaffirmation of what racism is and what it is not. It mixes all of these societal issues masterfully with terror, horror, and comedy (of course its Jordan Peele here). Great film.

I was surprised this movie had such high ratings, but I didn't share the sentiment. Definitely watchable, but the storyline is nothing to rave about. Average movie.

I went to an advance screening of this movie earlier this year and it was nothing short of spectacular. The film is truly visceral and it leaves you with a lingering taste for more. I can't wait to see more work from Peele in the future. The blu-ray comes with great special features such as an alternate ending and director commentary from Jordan Peele. This movie is a must own.

Hands down the best movie of 2017. The Shape of Water was good but this movie is great. Don't miss it. For those viewers who think they won't like it because there is a "horror" component, fear not. I thought the same and was talked into seeing it by the universal nagging from everyone I know who'd seen it. Liked it so much I may watch it again.

This movie gave a perspective on modern day slavery. I never thought a comedian could write such a movie as 'Get Out' without having any big named actors and still make a well-written film. The movie had a few brief stints of Comedy which I like. But overall if black people are the new fad this movie kind of makes me scared that I could ever date another white woman. Lol

This is a fantastic movie that pairs a story that could be EXTREMELY dark, with some humor to take the edge off. It's a psychological horror and it's been then the "jump scare" movies that saturate the market. You'll see reviews talking about how it's racist and this and that... it's a movie.. and while it make have an underlying message it's still extremely good.

What can I say, this movie really messes with the mind! Unbelievable, yet totally believable. Great acting by ALL the cast!! I want to say it was a really good movie, it was ( due to the writing, acting, directing ) and then again it wasn't ( because of what was happening ) . I wont say anything else....you have to Experience this one yourself. Get Out and Get It!

Good acting and excellent suspense. (If you are looking for a scary movie that makes you jump at every turn, this is not it, this is more "the shining" style of suspense/horror, were you see the signs, and you try to stop it, but you can't, and you can't stop it). Really good, and a refreshing look at any experience. Looking forward to more of this from J. Peele.

Significantly higher quality when compared to streaming the same movie via VUDU, Netflix, etc. If video fidelity isn’t a priority, the higher quality audio tracks contained within the Blu-ray Disc are reason alone for buying a physical copy.

LOVED this film! I watch hundreds of films annually. And, this year, Get Out has really stood above and beyond most of what I’ve watched in 2017 for its radical departure from formulaic mainstream predictability in media. So, if, like I, you already enjoy this film, 4K UHD will just make that enjoyment all the more better in this stunning reproduction.

Critics love this kind of movie - it talks a lot and provides plenty of in-depth character development. However, if, like me, you like a little action and scares in your "horror" movies, you won't find those here. This is definitely psychological "horror" only. That said, the movie is still good. I just think it is mis-classified. This is not a horror movie in my estimation. This is more "psychological thriller." To say more would give away too much information, so see this one, but don't expect a horror movie.

I had put off seeing this because it looked like it was gonna stress me out and leave me all depressed feeling. I’m so glad I finally watched it, because I get the hype around this movie now. Rest assured the ride is definitely tense but the end delivers in a big way that doesn’t leave you feeling bummed out for everyone in the movie. Go watch it!
