Ghost in the Shell was one of the best Anime films of the past 3 decades and it shines in this BR edition. If you have seen the recent live action movie and were disappointed, see the original and see what a true Anime classic looks like.

The film that started it all. A great introduction to the Ghost In The Shell universe, and an even better spring board for those looking to dive deeper.

I was able to watch this a long time ago, and for some reason, unlike a lot of other Japanese films, this one stuck with me through the years. Blu-Ray transfer isn’t actually that bad. Good sound, good quality.

I first saw this movie 20+ years ago. It's a great movie. There is violence and this cartoon was meant to be a movie. It's a must watch like Akira.

Nice old school Japanese animation, but it needs more accurate translations for the English subtitles.

Even though it's animated it still looks even better in 4k. A nice remaster of an anime classic!

Great 4 K transfer. One of the best animes ever made. A true must have for any anime or movie fan.

Visually and Audio-wise the movie is amazing, but the themes of the film went over my head. Still a good watch regardless since the transfer is clean.

Movie looks great in 4k. Used PS5 to play the movie. Has been awhile since I have seen the movie and was not disappointed. For the price and length of movie was a great buy.
