This arrived in perfect condition, it didn't have the slip case though sadly. Luckily I found a copy with one in-store that worked too. Best looking one I own! Very excited to watch it!

Classic with great digital feature. Digital allows you to watch anywhere without the need of physical disc! A must have for any Anime fan.

If you like anime this is a must have. The colors pop and the sound is great. No brainer to add to your collection. Also Best Buy made it hard for me not to buy it at the sale price they had it for.

what's not to love? If you are a fan of anime and science fiction, you will love this extremely well done Japanese anime series. A word of caution however -- it is not for children -- there is violence and other mature themes (nudity, obscene language).

This classic anime is finally on 4k. This movie is a must-see for people interested in anime. This film had a major impact on sci-fi movies that came after it so it's cool to see bits in this movie that show up elsewhere in cinema.

This is one of the best designed Steelbooks I have seen in my years of collecting. The slipcover adds to the design and is easily one of my favorites in my collection. Anyone with an interest in sci-fi should check this movie out.

One of my favorite cult classic anime movies, and many others. Especially when you consider the for thought that went into this, and how close emerging technology is to put us to this point. Classic film, worth the time, and check out the spin off series as well. Will keep your imagination pumping.

I have loved Ghost in the Shell since the first time I saw it back in the 90's. This package is stellar, from the BLu-Ray transfer but the real draw here is the amzing steelbook! It's one of the most beautiful that I have ever seen!!

This movie is a classic, and not just for anime genre. Now with a live action version coming out, we have another way to enjoy this groundbreaking cinematic gem. So much of art is borrowing, so no wonder so many films borrow from this film, as this film borrows from its predecessors. Watch this movie.

Pretty good 4K release and remaster of Ghost in the Shell. The HDR makes a big difference. Audio quality is great. If you're a purist though, this release still has different music substituted over the final credits.

In my opinion GITS is one of the best animated films i have watched in my life. I like the sci-fi toned it has. The story is great and the soundtrack is amazing. Animation is great, i love 2D animation. My favorite part is the intro because i loved the asian chorus and the interaction with the animation displayed in it.

One of the most iconic anime films of all time gets the 4K upgrade! Comes with digital copy. I was hesitant to buy after reading online that digital was only redeemable with Fandango - NOT TRUE! You can also redeem with Vudu.

I love that this steel book comes with a plastic case to protect it, I feel like all of the steel books should be sold like this. I haven’t watched the film yet but the cover art is one of the most beautiful in my collection!

This is possibly the best steelbook I’ve ever purchased. The art is phenomenal and the slip cover / protector is a nice touch. I wish all steelbooks came with covers like these. The film looks amazing in 4k. Great buy!

I'm not really an anime fan, but my 20 y/o daughter is so when we sat down together to watch this movie she was really impressed with the graphics and the story. I, too, enjoyed this film and thought it looked great!

This movie has a cult following and is described again and again as "genius" and years ahead of its time, etc. Well it was fun and had some very interesting graphics. There was a whole lot of "exposition", meaning characters drone on for five minutes to fill in the back story, in a sort of wooden fashion. If the origin of the story is a comic then that explains why. I watched it twice. A blu ray movie for $6 is a great find.

A standout anime classic. No other way to say it. While some of the elements are dated, for its time it does not take long to see why it stood out when it was first released. A recommended watch for any animation fan.

It's been a great movie even since VHS this is just the best-looking release now. This is the clearest I've ever seen the movie, and I've owned this movie in every format it released in other than Laserdisc.
