Excellent video and audio quality with this 4K release. The steelbook is solid as well with great artwork and nice slipcover. Highly recommended!

Does anime really need 4k? I want the closest look to film as I can get. Anime and animation are a fun thing. Yes there is grain pattern but the images are nothing compared to the massive detail in real life. That being said, this looks gorgeous and with only a few flaws in certain scenes.

Ghost in the shell is a cerebral cyber crime thriller set in the not too distant future. The story follows a cyber crime team chasing down a living virus. If you like dragon tattoo or Mr robot you will love this. The story continues as a show if you want to see more.

Great movie. This is an anime classic. If you love this movie you should defend need to check out the animated series.

Ghost in the Shell...inspiration for the Matrix, and a live remake recently released. It goes without saying that this is an anime classic. And this particular steelbook is a fitting tribute. It's a Mondo steelbook, that's all that needs to be said.

Great to finally have this anime classic in 4K, and the amazing SteelBook packaging makes it even better. It comes with a plastic slipcover. Stunning package overall, very recommended.

Saw this on sale and out of curiosity after watching the movie, bought this and it does not disappoint! While the main story is very much similar to the movie, there were many other places that were better presented in this original 1996 classic anime.

I have watched this movie so many times in the past. I just had to relive it so I bought this. I am so glad I did before hollywood will ruin it for me. I could be wrong but I just love this movie so much that I don't think hollywood can match it.

I loved the movie when I saw it years ago. Imagine my surprise when I was wandering through the store and saw it on the shelf. I bought it and watched it, I still liked it even though I knew the story, the visuals are made for hi definition.

I buy steelbooks for how they look and this one is beautiful. If you like steel books and have a need to see this movie, and who doesn't with the live action out now, then this is a must buy. It is a well built vessel and will not disappoint.

I wanted to pick up Ghost in the Shell on 4k and saw that Best Buy had the Steelbook for a couple bucks more. It looks really cool and was a great price, highly recommend.

I haven't even popped in the disc yet. Based on the packaging alone you should get this version if you're a fan of the movie. Such a cool steelbook + the transparent slipcover!
