I had never seen Ghost in the Shell but with the new movie coming out and the price being so low I had to buy it to see the original!

Saw the original in first week of public theatrical release, bought the dvd the very next day. Excellent movie of the cyberpunk genre.

I'd never seen this anime movie before so decided to pick it up one day and regret not watching it earlier. The film holds up even today.

So the video transfer is great, but there were some unusual changes to the audio for some reason. They used different sound effects at parts that seemed inferior to the VHS/DVD versions. Overall a great purchase though.

This is a fantastic Anime series, it was groundbreaking when it was first released and still is one of my favorite anime series ever.

Great packaging for the steelbook; it looks beautiful. The transfer quality, while not bad, is not the greatest. The movie is perfect when purchased at a discount.
