This movie was great to watch. The premise was thought provoking and a little scary as far as where science could go in our future. Something everyone should watch.

Never into the original anime so I don't know what to compare it to. But it's a fun sci fi action movie. And Scarlett is always a plus and adds an immediate extra star.

I had some reservations about this movie due to some negative press. Ignore the press; this is an action packed thrill ride with great acting and special effects.

I saw the movie in the theater and enjoyed it very much. I thought they followed the original story line pretty closely, I recognized several scenes from the original.

Pre ordering these is not getting easier. But I just so happened to be driving up the coast on the day of release and just happened to find one near the central coast.

Movie looks great in 4k on top of that movie is pretty good. I buy a lot of movies to see how good they look on my Samsung 4k. The only bad is the price of the movie

Didn't see it in the theaters and have only watched it once. 3D effects were cool but at times the story was iffy. Sometimes it takes a couple viewings to really know.

If you've ever seen the original anime, this is a great ode to it. I think it does it great justice, but if you aren't into anime or dark sci-fi I'd stay away.

Greatest live action anime adaptation. I recommend this only to those willing to see a different but yet familiar story and you won't be disappointed.

I was not familiar with this comic book series before watching the film. I loved the graphics, effects and the story line. The actors were awesome as well. If you enjoy sy-fi, you will enjoy this movie. I hope this is the first movie in this series.

This film gets a lot of hate for being different than the original anime and OVA properties, but if you can remove the comparisons to the source material, while not without some issues, it stands as a very enjoyable sci-fi film in it's own right.

I bought this on sale for $10. Overall, it was worth the price. The visuals of this film is it's strongest asset. The plot is 7/10 but the visuals again are 11/10.

Pretty good sci-fi. I am a long time Johansson fan. Nicely artistic. Beautiful set. Very nice special effects.

Pretty okay movie , just bought it because it has ghost in the shell in the tittle other than that it’s average.

The video/colors are excellent in 4K and not to mention Scarlett Johansson in tights.

I read up on what this movie was about before viewing. I felt it helps to know whats going on, and made this a decent movie to watch.

I loved the anime version of this movie. Both anime and live versions jumped around and was not detailed enough to understand the storyline but I loved it anyway.

4K version brings out even better the cinema special effects of this great action movie which leaves us with the moral dilemma. When is Life really Life. Well done!

I remember enjoying the anime version of this story very much so I was truly hoping the live action version would be just as good. I feel that it was done in great form, the look and feel of the cgi was excellent, and the story flowed quite well.
