Ghost In The Shell is a CG remake of the anime classic. Good action and visual affects.

For the franchise, this film is decent, but for any fan, this film is a necessary pick.

Definitely enjoyed it....can't have the same expectations as the anime, but it was fun.

I wasn't sure what to expect from an anime based movie, however it was excellent. Lots of great special effects that you expect from todays movies.

I didn't know what to expect when I watched it. Wasn't a fan of the anime and from what I've read that's a good thing when it comes to the film version. No preconceived notions going in, so overall I thought it was a good but not great sci-fi movie. The 4K HDR was very good in some scenes, especially those of the futuristic city.

Great visuals along with some nice featurettes which are found on the blu ray disc .

Only thing disappointing was the fact the 3D blu ray was not included in the steelbook!

Fun movie to just kick back and take it all in. No need to think much just fun to watch

Have not watched the film yet but let me say, the steelbook alone is worth the purchase. Best Buy has steelbooks pretty much locked up here in the USA.

Excellent dvd. Great price. Highly recommend. Only wish the local store would have received more steel books than 2. Highly disappointed in that matter.

Very interesting sci-fi movie. Based on a manga series. The effects are worth the look see. Again we see the effects absolute power has on people.

Black Friday was 7.99 and the best surprise was the digital code came with Aeon Flux HDX. Two movies for the price of one.

I collection 4k Movies. This was definitely a good pickup especially for the price.

I found the video Ghost in the Shell to be unnecessarily violent to support a weak storyline. The plot was difficult to follow, and I found myself losing track of where the story was going. While the acting was fine, I wouldn't reach for it to watch on a rainy day. I can not recommend it. The three stars are for the acting.
