It was ok movie I think like some actors they will always be compared to other roles they play and she has very big shows to fill after being in the marvel universe... So a good movie but just remember not a marvel movie!

I wanted to like this movie but it drops the ball on everything I fell a sleep twice watching it the other movie I fell a sleep was Justice League however the special effect are really good and the visual are good too

Watching movies in 4K HDR is mind-blowing compared to standard Blu-ray HD movies, and this is a great start to begin seeing the difference. The way some of the scenes have deep, intense blacks with good shadow detail really shows off the benefits of HDR. An extremely colorful and visually vibrant movie that really pushes the envelope in terms of picture and surround sound effects. The story could have been better, but this can happen when too much plot is crammed into a 106 minute movie that is fast-paced while lacking character development.

I thought this was a spin off of Lucy but it wasn't it was great in 3 D lots of action.

I will watch any movie with Scarlett Johansson in it. She is an incredible actress.

First things first, I know there are a lot of Japanese anime purists and overly obsessive perfectionists, who think the adaptations of these beloved shows are too Americanize and incapable of staying faithful to the material. While I slightly agree with a certain number of these foolish people, I have to most certainly disagree when it comes to this adaptation starring Scarlett Johansson as the fan favorite main character of Major. To me, this film is quite entertaining from start to finish and while it doesn't fit the mold that was created or live up to insurmountablely high standards and expectations put in place by selfish viewers, it is still worthwhile science fiction that people who are gratefully unaware of the source material will enjoy like I did. It may not be perfect to most people but it is definitely better than ScarJo's last sci-fi vehicle and is most certainly worth watching with an open mind and benefit of the doubt.

A great adaptation of a classic Anime and Scar Jo is amazing in everything.

I am a fan of the "Ghost in the Shell" anime, and if you have not yet seen any you will really enjoy this one. The camera work and the technology that they used really brought to life how futuristic the city looked in the original anime. (Much like the original "Blade Runner" but not as dark.) If you are a fan you might not like it as much as the original. Try to keep an open mind and watch it for it's own merit. You like me will probably find something "off" about it. Some scenes will be very familiar but something will not be quite right. I found that was the case often in the movie. The director of the original anime; Manoru Oshi, told the director Rupert Sanders to make it his own, and not to worry about how he made his anime. It's information like that, that you will find in the bonus material to explain why it's not quite right. P.S. I think that "Beat" Takeshi Kitano made a great chief of section 9.
