i remember watching this movie in awe. its action packed and a political thriller all in one. i still haven't found a comparable anime series with such depth and style.

This mondo steelbook. I just take this movies because there is a new movie, I decide to watch the anime version. And then watch the new version. But nice movie.

This is a great anime movie from 1996. A must watch and this is a must buy steelbook for fans of the film. Mondo totally knocks it out of the park for this title.

The story is very cerebral and rewarding, but the action sequences are few and far in between. What you do get is a story that's engaging and thought provoking. The animation is breathtaking. I prefer the original art to the CGI laden update. Definitely a must see.

Ghost in the Shell is a classic and this transfer does it justice. Every collection of great films should include this one.

This steel book looks (to me) a bit better than the mondo blu-ray one. It's a good upgrade for Ghost in the shell.

An epic movie that has influenced many futuristic movies like the matrix. Soundtrack is superb with the movie.

I have always been a fan of this movie, and on Blu-ray, bringing out the sound and picture quality to a higher standard, makes it more enjoyable to watch again. I highly recommend it for anyone just getting into anime to buy it as one of their first movies.

The movie that started it all. I prefer this movie over the tv series. Even if you don't like the tv show on toonami, give this a try if you like classic scifi.
