Good movie but doesn't really add to the original, anyone who hates it for casting didn't watch the original

Love the anime, I did like this reload of it. It was great in the theater, I would recommend this to anyone.

Fans of the anime may hate this movie but I loved it. A great sci-fi adventure with top notch visuals and special effects that serves as a worthy companion piece to Blade Runner.

Although the tough critics I really enjoyed this live action remake. There are scenes that are not as intense or emphasized like the anime, however overall it was a fun movie.

This Live-Action version of the Classic Anime is great for both die hard fans and newbys to the franchise.

This movie impressed me and it came closest to the Gold Standard of Si Fi movies, " Blade Runner", I do not utter those words lightly, so check it out.... it does not disappoint.

This is a great movie to buy. It was better than I thought. Awesome graphics and lots of action. Its a bit confusing if you are not familiar with the original ghost in the shell.

The CGI was great. Story was okay. If you watch the anime then you should know what this movie is all about.

Not what I thought it was about. I did get very interested in it and only paused about 15 minutes in to get popcorn and put up do not disturb sign. I am very impressed!!!

Awesome movie, was able to watch it a few times. Had to buy a copy.

I'm not a great fan of female cyborgs, so I would not have given this film a look except for the 3D, which according to reviews was rather good. The reviews were basically correct: good 3D, story quite dark and yet unemotional--perhaps exactly what one would expect from a female cyborg. I recommend this only to 3D lovers, and only at a much-discounted price.
