Ghost in the Shell was just that

It was very slow going at the beginning and we were getting bored rather quickly. Had to shut it off after about 20+ minutes and put in a more exciting movie. Still haven't finished watching this one -

Solid sci-fi action

If you're a fan it's worth a look, if you're not watch the original anime feature first.
