What can I say about manga based films turned real time. It has its weird moments but overall the movie did a good job holding on to the emotions of each character. Its a world of computer but fun. A definitely a must own.

I found it lacking something that I cannot put my finger on. The action is great and I love Scarlett!! but something is missing to make it a 5.

I bought this DVD to build my Blu-Ray collection for the Sony UBP-X800 4K UHD player (Awesome) which I also just got from Best Buy. Even though this DVD isn't 4K, the Blu-Ray is so much better than the standard DVD.

Scarlett Johansson was great in this movie. A thought provoking sci-fi action movie. Th kind of movie you get more out of each time you watch.

I'm tired of all the cultural appropriation complaints, its a movie not a history lesson. Scarlett did a great job in this role.

every detail of the picture quality is good . i have watched this movie 3 times already is awesome , the Especial FX are very good the details in red look outstanding

This was a really great movie! Lots of action, sure, but there's a lot more beneath the surface of this film. The 3D really made it come alive. Highly recommended!

Scarlett J. was a great choice to star in this live action movie of a anime story that been around for a long time. She hits the role of "Major" right on the head!! Great entertainment and that's what it's all about..

I'm a huge fan already so this review is biased. But, this movie is amazing. If you have a 4K TV and a high quality UHD / Dolby Vision capable disc player, you are in for a sonic and visual treat! Highly recommended...

Excellent movies to see! I definitely watch it again! Not just once! I saw this movies in the movie theater when they just released! Also my family members and a couple of friends love it too! They just great!

Reminds me of "Lucy" regarding ScarJo's flat affect performance throughout the film. Great action & visuals!!! Including ScarJo's "skin"!!!

I know there were some doubters who liked the more "purer" version. Can't we have both? I enjoyed the story as was told. HDR totally enhances the whole movie. 4K a must for this one.

I had high expectations for this movie so I was a little disappointed when I saw it. I did get it in 4K so at least it looked awesome!

the movie is terrible. Sad they want to adapt a good anime into this atrocity. Plus ScarJo is fat. She might have good feet but she is fat.
