It doesn't compare to the original, but it's a creative renewal of the franchise. Keep an eye out for the original movie cast cameos.

It followed the first ghost busters very closely. The cameos by the original cast were well done. A good ending for a sequel.

The movie was better then critics said. The quality and clarity was great. Definitely a great buy for the price I paid on sale 9.99.

A remake of a classic film that was met with controversy last summer. I enjoyed it and even better visual effects than the first Ghostbusters film over 30 years ago. It was a riot! Funny and great replay value! Glad to own the film! Tons of extras, too!

If you view it as a stand alone movie and not part of the Ghostbusters series it's great. If you compare to the original it's just ok.

I'm not sure if ask the bad reviews lowered my expectations for this movie or what but I like it. I was expecting it to be horrible.

It's easier to be called a hater for not liking something popular, but this reboot offers a similar problem many larger budget films suffer from these days; a lack of heart. It feels like an exercise in nostalgia, a study in the formula of what made the original so well-received. Albeit the general story plays out like an episode of Scooby-Doo and less like a Ghostbusters story. Better luck next time, Sony.

I like this movie but you must play in a 4k tv with a 4k blu ray to get the most of it otherwise just buy the hd version

It was pretty good for a remake. It had a lot of belly laugh parts and a good cast of people and a plot that wasn't too predictable.

I was a little worried at first growing up with the original Ghostbusters but this movie was not that bad and has great humor in it.
