Can't really hold a candle to the original Ghostbusters, but surprisingly funny on its own merits.

Wanted to see this movie & not pay full price cause wasn't for sure I'd like it, overall good movie

Movie was solid for the most part. Good family movie. I still enjoy the original Ghostbusters more.

we purchased this video for the kids and was pleasantly surprised. The kids loved it and so did we.

Was surprised that this was a good movie, not as good as the first one. But better than the second.

It is always hard to redo a classic. The movie has funny parts and the ladies are gifted actresses.

A great movie to see will keep you on the edge of your seat you will like it so go out and buy it .

Amazing blu ray box...my only complaint would be that it didn't come with the standard DVD as well.

A little slow at times but overall entertaining. Later in movie the special effects were real good.

This is a fun movie to watch with kids. Great female cast. Refreshed version of the original movie.

The original was mastered in 2K therefore the 4K which has been reviewed is only average. However the 3D and 2D Blu-ray are terrific! They both deserve scores of 5 : 5. I purchased this UHD edition specifically to get the 3D Blu-ray. If you don't have a 4K media system you can't play the 4K version. But the 3D is worth the extra if you like that format.

There are a lot of good elements in 2016's remake of the classic Ghostbusters. The cast and technical elements (camerawork, sets, costumes, special effects, music) are terrific. The problem with remaking a film considered a classic is trying to equal or better it. The story and humor just can't compare with the original, but it is still a lot of fun.

I enjoyed this movie, but never as good as the 1st & 2nd original Ghost Buster's.

I came in watching this movie knowing that it is NOT the original 2 but a new format and I loved it. Not sure why it got so many bad reviews but overall my wife and I enjoyed it and hope the make another one.

Not one of my favorites but definitely made me laugh which is always a good thing

its going right up there with the originals as what to watch when i need a laugh.

I think it's even better than the original. Lots of clean humor and action to keep your attention.

Much better movie than I had ever expected . My wife and I have watched it twice and I would say it was even more fun the second time around , Hollywood needs to make more movies like this , good family fun !

Was better than I had expected. They made the mail receptionist way too dumb. A bit over the top.
