Go into this movie as a stand alone movie.not a continuation.

This take off from the original movie left you with a sense of why did i waste my time. The ladies did not mesh as with the way the guys did. The story was no surprise. The cameo with Thor was almost unrealistic.

If you forget the fact that this is a poor attempt to remake a classic, it's a so-so movie. Somewhat entertaining and funny at some points. But still can't get on board with the fact that they tarnished a classic. For the younger generation, get the original Ghostbusters.

On its own it's good. Don't expect the originals impact.

Good movie to watch with the family. Kids really like it.
