it is a nice watch if there is nothing else on tv and you're really bored. nothing beats the classic

The original movie is much better. Do not waste your time watching this remake. The manny cameo's made me wonder if any of the actors saw a pre-release.

......not this writer, not this director, and not these actors! This was a slow, ackward and unrememberable movie. There is no connection between the actors and unremarkable acting overall. The CG takes over what is left of the movie. Very disappointed! The original classics will stand on their own with the actors playing off each other, great writing and directing.

Was really diapointed with this remake, that it would be a great film, but it was not. The cast over done each other, wait for it to come out on tv.

This movie is just ok. Not as great as the originals and it could have been better. Hoping for another one to come out to be a little bit better.

This is a terrible movie. I bought it because I am a huge Ghostbusters fan. This movie does not live up to the reputation of the original. I sure hope they don't make another.

This movie is not good. Perhaps a guilty pleasure for many due to some ok jokes, but the steelbook is gorgeous and compliments the other ones.

Seriously, this was a bad movie and it had nothing to do with the female cast. The movie just didn't have any jokes. The highlight of the movie was Chris Hemsworth. He provided all of the comedy. Obviously the effects were better than the originals, as they should be but the jokes were sparse and often fell flat. I would be open to a sequel to see if they can approve upon it. The cast is great. They just didn't have anything to work with.

Not that good. I was definitely hoping for better . Maybe that was wishful thinking .

Bought it for my collection as I have the original movies was bad as expected wrong actresses

I really, really wanted to like this remake more than I did... It had a couple good scenes, but overall it wasn't what I was expecting.

Hello everyone, I just want you to know that I could not watch this movie on my Sony Blu Ray player, that is one year old, even after I downloaded and installed the newest updates. I was told by my friend, that their Blu Ray player that the just got for Christmas was able to play the movie. So just make sure that you have a new player, or you will be stuck with a movie that you can not watch (except for streaming version)

We were excited to see the movie but waited until it was released on Blu-ray. So disappointed, hope they do not make any sequels.

I can't wait to watch it again because I don't remember what happened the first time I did. Not sure if I was paying attention.

This film is kind of blah. It's definitely not as good as the original.

I am not sure how much I was expecting out of this flick but I guess I was hoping that it would just be funnier than it was.

Just a redone classic with modern day female actresses replacing male actors.
