laptop performed well and never had any troubles playing any games i threw at it

10/10 an incredible product, It has good speed, it is reliable, but if you are looking for unbridled power this is not your ideal purchase, for everything else

The price is perfect for what it does. Charging is amazing too for a gaming laptop.

I purchased this device for AI processing of photographs. It seemed to perform the AI work effectively, but the display of photos was not very good. There seemed to be a delay where the screen would need to get into focus and then it would still not be as sharp as it should be. I attached a separate monitor in case it was just the laptop display creating the issue and issue was still present even on the external display. I took the device into the Geek Squad and compared the display of a photo on my old cheap laptop with this laptop. They could see the difference & said there was no adjustment to the new laptop that could be made to make it as clean and clear as the old laptop. I spent a lot of time trying to make this laptop work as I really dislike returning items. But I had no choice and returned this one.

Decent laptop but it is for sure on the heavier side. Will prob be looking for a lighter one.

I had the hardest time setting up this computer. Although the laptop showed it had Wifi connection, the internet would stop working after 20-30 minutes. The only way I could get the internet working again was to restart the computer. I even reset the computer, but that did not help at all. All my other devices were accessing the internet without an issue, so it was definitely an issue with this laptop.

Good laptop, not very fast though. But battery lasts very long.

Great laptop, only complaint is the lack of an SD card reader

After purchasing this laptop, i had to update everything from the bios, to graphics setting, pretty much i assumed it was a clean wipe and no one updated after, unfortunately the laptop kept freezing, crashing and wasnt detecting the graphics cards, overall the component of the laptop are decent, it just didnt work for me. Its good to low to mid 1080p gaming connected. Just check in the store if possible that everything works before taking it home
