The staff was great and the whole process of picking up my gpu was great. I had to show my ID to confirm my identity and made me feel a sense of security.

Gigabyte worked well for about 6 months then malfunctioned suddenly. Geforce redirects you to Gigabite which is based in Taipei and doesnt answer calls. Their online claim process uses a sketchy unsecured site that my firewall blocks. If you buy this, get the best buy warranty. But i dont recommend this brand.

Honestly I never got a chance to use I was trying to return yesterday and I was told that it passed its point of returning but the item does not work. I drove an hour and a half 120 mi to pickup as well unfortunately

Bought this card for a rig i built for my nephew. Paired it w a ryzen 5 5600 and let me tell u this thing a beast. Think abt it its a 12 gb card at 300 need i say more? Easy install a load only think that gets me is slow movement on rgb and you have to keep their fusion program running to be able to keep your color settings. Other than that this is probably the best card on the market for ifs price point. Im even debating on downgrading from my 3080 since its a 10gb card and its overkill

Upgraded from a 1660 super and it is night and day!!! this video card is excellent! i was thinking about buying a 50 series but price for performance this 3060 was the sweet spot!
