Shipping Timeframe Misrepresented Badly

Shipping time was hugely misquoted, originally paid for in cart was Next Day Delivery and it ended up coming 8 days later than that. To boot, Fedex their service of choice delivered it late and also left my GPU in the box on the street in an unsecured area. Overall just really misrepresenting the time frame I was going to get it in at point of purchase. Won't order expensive parts through the webstore again.

Defective and wrong item was sent to me.

After I’ve completed my build and installed this GPU, no display. So frustrated as I don't know what I did wrong. I found out after two days that the open box 4070 super I bought was defective and on-top of that it was a 4070 ti.

Best buy also doesnt care about you as a consumer that chooses to shop with them and they will prove that any time they can.

The One I got had issues.
