I received a board that was CLEARLY used. The PCB was literally cracked and bent where someone likely dropped the board. The CPU socket also had bent pins. Given the state of the box and the way this board came to me, my guess would be that someone either damaged their used board, purchased a new board and swapped it out. Either that or Best Buy literally didn't check the product after it was returned, deemed it as new and then resold it online. Either way this is a fail on Best Buy, which is truly unfortunate because my time was wasted. I ended up purchasing a board on Amazon, which has 0 issues.

Motherboard has been running great 0 problems bios upgrade was quick and easy definitely recommend
