Always really like movies that take place in ancient times. Also really like it when the main character gets revenge on a weasel bad guy. Special effects were done really well.

Movie itself is fine but the service in getting the movie sucked. Got a notice in the morning it was ready for pickup, arrived hours later and waited ten minutes for them to find it. Slipcover was covered in crud but that was the only copy and i didnt feel like arguing so i just gave the slipcase to them and took the movie home.

Great looking steelbook for this classic. So glad they decided to reissue this in 4K

Dint see a big upgrade compared to the blu ray version. Natural film grain is there and sound is also okay sort.

Loved this character so much that I wish I named my son after him...he is honor and courage redefined. Watch the movie, and you may just love him too.

4K looks pretty good for the most part. A little softer on some scenes. The DTS-X audio mix sounds great

SFX are great. Well worth a watch for this only. The historical record has been tweaked but when hasn't Hollywood done that?

Movie is mindless with great action. 4k picture and sound quality awesome. Shipping was rough and why it's 3 stars and not higher. Large dent on steelbook. Its 5050 how what condition bestbuy steelbooks will come in. Either flawless or yhey look like someone took a hammer to them. Do better best buy

Great Blu-ray disc. Excellent quality but not worth the upgrade if you owned the previous Blu-ray.

Could’ve done more with the artwork but nevertheless it’s still a great looking steelbook

One of my all time favorite movies. Upgraded from DVD. In hindsight would not have gotten steel book and the reason for not giving 5 stars.

You gotta love Russell Crowe as Maximus. Joaquin Phoenix also plays a great role as the emperor you love to hate. Great action sequences.

Amazing! One of the best movies. The updates with HDR is a must.

The 4K transfer is excellent. Armor really shines and the 4K resolution really shows the dings in the armor.

Replaced a well worn dvd. Staff at store are always helpful.
